Hi, I’m Lana Vender

I was born in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, and currently live and work in Poland. Painting has always been more than a technique or profession for me — it is a way of entering another world, a quiet space where emotions, intuition, and imagination come together. I work with oil and acrylic using brushes, palette knives, and mixed techniques. My practice also includes portraits, wall paintings, and murals. Each piece is created through a dialogue between color, texture, and movement, allowing the image to emerge naturally during the process. Nature, femininity, and the subtle connection between human beings and the natural world are central themes in my work. I am drawn to moments of harmony — the quiet balance between inner feelings and the surrounding environment. Through my paintings, I try to capture this sense of connection and translate it into visual form.
